My old student art

Hear are some old sketches of mine, most are quick studies I did in life drawing class. I haven't done any serious drawing in a long time (as an artist, I think I make a pretty good analyst/programmer!).

I had to reduce the originals on a photocopier to be able to fit them on the scanner, subsequently the image quality is not as good as it could be. Here's some more old drawings I've found. They are cover illustrations I did for a local rural community newspaper that was around in the 1980's (these aren't 'art' sketches, just pen drawings made to be reduced and printed).

Unfotunately none of my student paintings have survived. Thinking about them now however, maybe that's not such a bad thing after all!
